Hi, I’m Mica.
I help high-functioning adults heal trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship patterns through EMDR and nervous system-informed therapy so they can feel more grounded, connected, and fully themselves again.
Many of the clients I work with are highly capable people who have spent years functioning under chronic stress, pressure, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm. Over time, survival strategies that once felt necessary can begin to feel exhausting, isolating, or difficult to sustain.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded in understanding how trauma and chronic stress impact both the nervous system and relationships. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, lasting change not just symptom management.
I believe healing happens through authentic connection, emotional safety, and creating space for the parts of yourself that survival mode may have required you to disconnect from.
